Academic Advisor

This role involves providing academic and personal guidance to a caseload of students from admission through completion, focusing on promoting progression, course success, retention, and student satisfaction. Specific duties include completing individualized student success plans, assisting with registration and financial aid issues, and actively supporting students to resolve barriers to success.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a discipline related to education and/Or student services, with a master's degree preferred, along with two years of related work experience. Required skills include knowledge of intrusive advising, one-Stop enrollment processes, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with microsoft office and student information systems.
