Entry Level Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One aba therapy in center or home settings, focusing on building communication, social, and problem-Solving skills in children with autism. This role also involves tracking client progress using company technology and collaborating closely with families and supervisors.

Candidates must possess patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and sound judgment, along with a passion for helping children impacted by autism. A high school diploma or ged is required, along with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active car insurance (With some exemptions possible).
