Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will directly implement aba services under supervision, collect data on treatment plan goals, and address problem behaviors using positive support techniques. Responsibilities also include assisting with caregiver support, maintaining punctuality, and submitting required documentation promptly.

A high school diploma/Ged is required, though some college coursework is preferred. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have afternoon/Evening availability (15+ hours), possess a valid driver's license with insurance, and pass several pre-Employment screenings.
