Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will directly implement aba services under supervision, collecting data on treatment plan goals while working with individuals with autism or related disabilities in various settings. Responsibilities also include addressing problem behaviors using positive techniques and assisting with caregiver support and training as needed.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Ged or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and have a valid driver's license with auto insurance, with at least 15 hours available during afternoons and evenings. A minimum of 6 months of experience or exposure working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, and successful completion of background checks and medical screenings is mandatory.
