Camp leaders are responsible for ensuring a fun and positive learning environment for campers, supporting clubs of approximately 20 children, and developing and leading age-Appropriate, engaging program activities aligned with a whole-Child approach. They must ensure students are in a safe environment, promote inclusivity, monitor attendance, build positive relationships, and comply with all safety requirements and training.

Candidates need knowledge and experience in expanded learning programs or youth recreational facilities, with a minimum of a high school diploma or ged (Aa in child development preferred). Essential requirements include the ability to work well with young children/Youth, good communication skills, computer literacy, and passing background checks, tb clearance, cpr certification, and skills assessments in math, reading comprehension, and spelling.
