School Behavior Technician SIGN ON BONUS

The technician will apply applied behavior analysis (Aba) principles in a school setting, providing 1:1 behavioral support to students and analyzing environmental factors affecting their learning access. The ultimate goal is to facilitate the student's maximum academic, social, and emotional success through customized intervention.

Minimum qualifications require a high school diploma or equivalent plus 60 college units or an associate's degree, along with at least one year of aba experience. Candidates must also possess reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a passion for working with children with developmental disabilities.
