Family Recruiter

The primary purpose of this role is to support new and growing rocketship schools by filling open seats and building robust waitlists of prospective students. This involves executing recruitment plans through community engagement, data entry, phone calls, and event marketing.

Candidates must possess a strong passion for rocketship's mission to eliminate the achievement gap and demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Required abilities include strong pc skills, the capacity to work both independently and in a team, and the ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities.
