Security Guard

The security guard is responsible for coordinating building security needs, including managing access control, documenting fire drills, and ensuring proper building opening procedures are followed daily. This role also involves greeting guests, answering phones, coordinating vendor protocols, and communicating with authorities or internal teams regarding security concerns or student support needs.

Candidates must possess a minimum of an associate degree, with a bachelor's degree preferred, alongside at least one year of experience in security or a related field. Applicants must also demonstrate the physical, emotional, and professional capacity required to work effectively in an environment serving children with special needs and behavioral challenges.
