Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will directly implement aba services under supervision, collecting data on treatment plan goals while working with individuals with autism or related disabilities in various settings. Responsibilities also include addressing problem behaviors using positive techniques and assisting with caregiver support and training as necessary.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Ged and be at least 18 years old, with a minimum of 6 months of experience or exposure working with individuals with disabilities preferred. Applicants must also have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and availability for afternoon/Evening shifts, passing required background checks and physical exams.
