School Aide/Personal Aide

School aides support lead teachers by taking attendance, supervising students, working with small groups on specialized skills, and assisting with material preparation and grading. Essential functions also include providing direct support to students, especially those with special needs, ensuring their comfort and assisting with physical disabilities.

Applicants must possess at least a high school diploma and demonstrate proficiency with microsoft office suite and related software. Preferred qualifications include experience working with students with special needs, alongside strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
