Behavior Technician, willing to train

The behavior technician will work one-On-One with clients in their homes to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect data to monitor progress. They will also support the bcba by training families on implementing individualized treatment plans and maintaining clear communication.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate a passion for working with children, along with a strong, reliable work ethic for this fast-Paced environment. Prior experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental delays is preferred, and reliable personal transportation is required.
