Substitute Teachers

The substitute teacher provides meaningful instruction to students using the regular teacher's lesson plans and curriculum while maintaining a productive and safe learning environment. Essential duties include maintaining classroom routines, monitoring student behavior, taking attendance, and following all school policies.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a valid colorado department of education substitute authorization or teacher license being preferred. Candidates must possess strong classroom management skills, the ability to follow lesson plans, and demonstrate professionalism and reliability.
