Counselor I - (SAC)

The counselor i is responsible for delivering face-To-Face rehabilitative programming services within the integrated substance use disorder treatment program (Isudtp). This includes facilitating classes using standardized curriculum, developing action plans, evaluating participant progress, and documenting services in arms.

Candidates must possess a current aod registration with an dhcs-Approved organization and must obtain their aod certification within five years of registration. Essential skills include understanding substance abuse effects, knowledge of isudtp contractual requirements, excellent communication, and operational knowledge of ms office suite and arms.
