Lead Child Care Teacher - 18 months to 2 1/2

Develop creative programs suitable for specific age groups using various educational techniques, while observing children to enhance their social competencies and self-Esteem. Responsibilities also include organizing daily routines like naps and snacks, tracking progress, communicating with parents, and maintaining a safe, clean classroom.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and possess 1-2 years of experience in a licensed childcare facility. A child development associate (Cda) credential or a degree in early childhood or elementary education is also required.
