2026 Full Time On-site English Teacher (Grades 1–3) + Business Operation Specialist

The role involves planning and executing teaching activities for 1st to 3rd grade english/Ela classes, focusing on phonics, reading comprehension, and vocabulary development in a structured classroom setting. Additionally, the specialist will be involved in business operations such as recruitment projects, conducting student evaluations, and managing in-Person events.

Candidates must have experience in ela, reading intervention, esl/Ell, or lower elementary education, coupled with a passion for motivating students, patience, and empathy. Excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player are also required.
