Core responsibilities
The instructional designer will be responsible for designing and developing various product training materials, including elearning and instructor-Led content, and creating certification exams aligned with performance objectives. This role involves collaborating with internal experts to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging instructional content for customers, partners, and employees.
Requirements summary
Candidates should possess approximately 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, including needs analysis and storyboarding, along with proficiency in articulate 360, techsmith, adobe creative suite, and an lms. Strong writing skills, knowledge of adult learning theory, and the ability to manage projects independently are required.
