Preschool Teacher (18-24 Month Olds)

Teachers are responsible for creating a loving, christ-Centered classroom environment for children aged birth through 5 years old, planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports learning and spiritual growth. They must also maintain compliance with state licensing, communicate with parents, conduct ongoing child assessments, and manage classroom behavior effectively.

Candidates must have a love for jesus and children, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong understanding of child development and curriculum planning, meeting all title 22 requirements for preschool teachers in california. Minimum requirements include 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare center and 12 units of early childhood education/Child development coursework, with an aa or ba preferred.
