Registered Behavioral Tech

As a behavior technician in the aba program, the role involves assisting with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the supervision of a licensed bcba. The technician will support clinicians in helping children and families learn new skills and techniques through effective therapy.

Candidates should ideally have 1 year of experience in a therapy facility or be enrolled in a therapy curriculum program, with applied behavior analysis technician experience preferred. Certification as a registered behavior technician (Rbt) is required or the desire to obtain it through provided training and supervision.
