1 direct aba treatment to clients and work closely with the supervising bcba to ensure high-Quality service delivery. You will also collect data, document client records, and communicate regularly with parents and supervisors.

Requirements summary

Certification as registered behavior technician (Rbt) is highly preferred, along with 1-2 years of experience working with children and at least 1 year of experience with aba. A bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field is preferred, and candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
