ABA Behavior Tech (Sign-On Bonus!)

The role involves teaching children aged 2-21 with autism and developmental delays to communicate, play appropriately, and learn life skills to support independence within a center-Based therapeutic program. This is achieved through person-Centered individualized care and support, requiring the implementation of behavioral interventions when necessary.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of supervised experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities, preferably two years, and an associate's degree or current enrollment in a related field. Applicants must be at least 19 years old, possess a valid driver's license for three years, and obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification.
