Core responsibilities
The case manager is responsible for managing a caseload of clients referred by the department of children, youth and families or community providers. They will collaborate with clinical supervisors and outside providers to assess client needs and develop treatment plans.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and preferably have child welfare experience. Knowledge of developmental disabilities and experience in collaboration and problem-Solving are also required.
