PASS Worker (Personal Assistance Services and Supports)

This role involves collaborating with various professionals to support children aged 2-21 with autism and developmental delays in developing social skills, daily living tasks, and independence. Responsibilities include teaching effective communication, appropriate play, and essential life skills through person-Centered individualized care.

No prior experience is required, though preference is given to those with experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities, and previous social/Human services experience is preferred. Applicants must be at least 18, possess a high school diploma or ged, have proficient english skills, and maintain a valid driver's license for at least three years with an insured vehicle.
