Program Success Coach and Mentor

This role involves supporting the development and implementation of an interdisciplinary curriculum for high school students, delivering high-Quality classroom instruction, and providing targeted tutoring and academic support based on individual needs assessments. Mentors must foster a positive, inclusive environment while guiding students in goal setting and achieving academic success.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education, mathematics, science, english, or a related field, and ideally have a minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably with diverse high school students. Required competencies include knowledge of curriculum development, familiarity with college admissions processes, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to promoting an inclusive learning environment.
