Program Success Coach and Mentor

This role involves supporting the development and implementation of an interdisciplinary curriculum for high school students, delivering classroom instruction, and providing targeted tutoring and academic support based on individual needs assessments. Mentors must foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to help students achieve academic success.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education, mathematics, science, english, or a related field, and ideally have a minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably with diverse high school students. Required competencies include knowledge of curriculum development, familiarity with college admissions, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to inclusivity.
