Core responsibilities
The teacher will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Responsibilities include implementing an individualized, play-Based curriculum, collaborating with assistants, maintaining a safe classroom, and building strong relationships with families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children aged birth to five years, requiring a minimum of a child development associate (Cda) or willingness to obtain one within a year for infant/Toddler roles. Strong communication skills, computer literacy, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and reliable transportation are also necessary.
