Registered Behavior Technician - In-Home RBT

The registered behavior technician will implement aba therapy programs designed by a bcba, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction for children with autism in home and community settings. Responsibilities also include collecting and analyzing data, collaborating with caregivers, and ensuring a safe and engaging therapy environment.

Candidates must have previous experience in the aba field and prior behavior technician or registered behavior technician experience is required. Rbt certification is strongly preferred, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
