Developmental Playgroup Assistant

The assistant supports the growth and development of young children by helping plan and facilitate daily, structured playgroup activities across multiple domains in a safe and nurturing environment. This role involves observing and documenting children's progress, supporting social interactions, and communicating updates to parents and lead staff.

The minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent, along with experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting and basic knowledge of child development principles. Candidates must also be able to pass background checks and comply with health and safety standards.
