Gymnastics Camp Assistant Counselor

This position assists in supervising a group of children in a seasonal day camp focused on gymnastics, providing positive engagement in a safe and nurturing environment while upholding ymca core values. Responsibilities include leading energizing classes, assisting with lesson planning, ensuring equipment setup and safety, and maintaining records.

Applicants must be a minimum of 15 years old and possess a fundamental knowledge of gymnastics skills. Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of experience working with children, effective communication skills, and completion of cpr/First aid/Aed and child abuse prevention training before the camp start date.
