Direct Support Professional - PRN

This role involves providing support to individuals with disabilities in community settings, assisting them in identifying and communicating needs, and implementing supports to achieve their personal goals as outlined in their centered plan. Responsibilities include teaching independent living skills, promoting healthy living, fostering community relationships, and assisting with personal care and documentation.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to lift, twist, bend, and push over 30 lbs, including performing cpr from floor level. A high school diploma or ged is preferred (In tennessee), and pre-Employment screening including criminal background checks and drug testing is mandatory.
