Direct Support Professional - PRN

This role involves providing support to individuals with disabilities in community settings, assisting them in identifying and communicating needs, and implementing supports based on their personal goals. Responsibilities include teaching independent living skills, promoting healthy living, fostering community relationships, and assisting with personal care and documentation.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to lift, twist, bend, and push over 30 lbs, along with meeting pre-Employment screening requirements. A high school diploma or ged is preferred in tennessee.
