BUILDing Girls to Women Specialist

The specialist is responsible for engaging female-Identified youth through in-School and after-School activities, identifying concerns, mediating disputes using restorative methods, and encouraging education. Key duties include conducting individual assessments, collaborating with therapists on treatment goals, and facilitating external referrals and follow-Up support.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in social services, human services, non-Profit management, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience working with inner-City youth in a human service setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high organization, willingness to travel daily, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends are mandatory.
