Minister - Elementary Teacher 26/27

The teacher is responsible for advancing the spiritual and emotional development of every student by thoughtfully integrating scripture and christian principles into all subject areas while executing curriculum standards and managing the classroom effectively. Essential functions include demonstrating deep content knowledge, designing assessments to guide instruction, differentiating learning to meet diverse needs, and maintaining strong classroom leadership.

Candidates must acknowledge christ as savior, support the lmcm mission, and adhere to the statement of faith, demonstrating spiritual flourishing and biblical belief. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in elementary education or a related field, with acsi certification preferred or obtainable by the end of the first semester.
