Career Preparation Specialist

This role involves facilitating individual and group lessons to prepare students for success within the career development services system, focusing on long-Term employability skills development. Duties include assisting new students, providing career exploration, updating personal career development plans, and maintaining detailed student records and classroom discipline.

Candidates must possess above-Average public speaking, verbal, written, problem-Solving, and conflict resolution skills, along with computer literacy. A minimum of one to two years of related experience working with youth aged 16-24 is required, though a bachelor's degree is preferred.
