In-Home Family Services Consultant

The consultant provides in-Home intervention to children and families using a skill-Based, solution-Focused model to teach skills and behavioral techniques, while ensuring safety and adhering to all relevant policies and reporting requirements. Major duties include developing relationships with families and community resources, assessing needs, monitoring progress toward goals, and completing necessary administrative functions like reporting and documentation.

A bachelor's degree in human services or a related field along with one year of experience working with children and families is required, though an associate's degree with two years of experience may be considered in specific rural counties. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, meet insurance requirements, and be available for rotational crisis response outside of traditional business hours.
