The consultant provides in-Home intervention to children and families using a skill-Based, solution-Focused model to teach skills and access community resources for problem resolution. Major duties include providing safe services, developing professional relationships with various community resources, conducting assessments, monitoring progress, and maintaining required documentation.

A bachelor's degree in human services or a related field along with one year of experience working with children and families is required, though an associate's degree with two years of experience may be considered in specific rural counties. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, meet insurance requirements, and be available for rotational crisis response during non-Traditional hours.
