Kaipod learning coaches create safe, structured learning spaces for small groups of 10-12 students enrolled in online or homeschool programs, serving as mentors and academic guides. Primary duties include building a thriving pod culture, guiding academic growth by personalizing support, and partnering closely with families through clear communication.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of teaching experience, preferably working with 7th-12th grade students or leading small group instruction. Essential qualities include deep student motivation skills, familiarity with core academic content, proficiency in supporting executive functioning, and experience with neurodiverse learners.
