Star Lab - Teaching Assistant 26-27 SY

The teaching assistant will support all aspects of student work under a teacher's supervision, including demonstrating lessons, guiding independent practice, and helping students with challenges. Key duties involve assisting students during work time, collaborating on teaching approaches, receiving science of reading training to teach a small reading group, and planning/Teaching specials like music, art, and science.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of experience managing groups of children in a school, camp, or childcare setting. Candidates must be fluent in english, collaborative, able to hold firm yet respectful expectations, and possess a compassionate and determined personality.
