Service Coordinator, Early Intervention

Service coordinators will provide supports and services within the context of the family's typical routines, processing referrals, scheduling meetings, conducting screenings, and ensuring the timely delivery of services. They must also ensure proper maintenance of child files and coordinate various required meetings like ifsp and transition planning.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field such as early childhood, child development, or family studies, and demonstrate knowledge in azeip policies, child development, and professionalism. Pediatric experience is a plus, and candidates must successfully complete a background clearance.
