PASS Program Tutor, CSC (Student)

Tutors will provide free, one-On-One, and occasional drop-In peer tutoring in historically challenging courses, focusing on reinforcing academic knowledge and modeling effective study habits for success. Essential functions include preparing for sessions, completing post-Session reports, attending training, conducting peer observations, advertising the program, and meeting with staff.

Applicants must be currently enrolled american university students maintaining a cumulative 3.0 gpa and must have achieved an a or a- In the specific course they intend to support. Required qualifications include excellent communication, strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and intermediate proficiency in microsoft office suite.
