Recruitment Associate

The recruitment associate will be responsible for developing recruitment opportunities, assisting with student retention, and working directly with prospective students, guidance counselors, and parents regarding college education. Primary duties include managing recruitment events in the tri-State region, interviewing test-Optional applicants, and planning/Executing campus visits and open houses.

A bachelor of arts degree is required, and 1-2 years of experience involving face-To-Face meetings and presentations is preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, be detail-Oriented team players capable of working independently, and be willing to travel for recruitment events.
