Job description
Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to daily telephone calls, emails, and client presentations
- Manage client appointments using Titanium system
- Assist with managing weekly client/provider assignment process
- Assist with outreach efforts, event planning, and coordination
- Assist with client satisfaction survey data processing
- Manage data on waiver of charges for reports and resource inventories, including the check-out of testing materials
- Maintain supply of client file forms and resource brochures
- Complete scanning and indexing projects
Requirements
- Graduate students preferred; PsyD first-year students may also apply
- Two-year commitment preferred
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Good listening skills, with a high degree of maturity when dealing with confidential matters
- Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Capacity to be resourceful and to take initiative and problem solve
- Ability to work with limited supervision
