Student Nurse Tech Waco

The student nurse technician, supervised by an rn, provides direct care to patients across various age groups, performing delegated tasks such as monitoring vital signs, assisting with procedures, and supporting unit activities. This role involves reporting observations, documenting data accurately, and reinforcing health teaching as planned by the registered nurse.

Candidates must be currently participating in at least the first semester of core nursing classes in an accredited associate or baccalaureate degree program and must attend a mandatory full orientation week. A basic life support (Bls) certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
