Registered Behavior Technician/ABATherapist

Therapists will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) by providing direct one-On-One therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (Asd). This includes collecting and recording data on client progress and assisting with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and previous experience working with individuals with asd is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Essential skills include excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, patience, compassion, and the capacity to accurately follow directions and implement plans.
