RBT - Registered Behavior Technician (Central Florida - Multiple Locations)

The role involves working one-On-One with children through engaging, play-Based sessions to help them build communication, social, and life skills using aba strategies. Responsibilities also include supporting positive behaviors, tracking progress, and building strong relationships with clients and families.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and must pass a criminal background check, with rbt certification preferred but support offered for new candidates. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children through sitting and standing.
