Registered Nurse- Adult Psychiatry (Clinical Educator)

The clinical educator is responsible for the assessment, design, delivery, and evaluation of orientation, education, training, and staff development for the nursing workforce across all in-Patient entities. This role facilitates the educational process through competency assessment programs, continuing education, and professional development, operating as part of a centralized staff development department.

A bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) is required, with a master of science in nursing (Msn) preferred, alongside a minimum of five years of experience in nursing, clinical education, or instruction. Candidates must also possess two years of experience in developing and designing education/Training curriculum and staff development for healthcare workers.
