Clinical Educator

The clinical educator assesses, designs, delivers, and evaluates education, training, and staff development for the nursing workforce across all in-Patient entities, fostering knowledge enhancement through evidence-Based nursing practice. This role involves facilitating the entire educational process, including competency assessment programs, orientation, continuing education, and ongoing professional development.

A bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) is required, with a master of science in nursing (Msn) preferred, alongside a minimum of five years of experience in nursing, clinical education, or nursing instruction. Candidates must also possess two years of experience in developing and designing education/Training curriculum and staff development for a healthcare workforce.
