Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The bcba program supervisor oversees client treatment from assessment through care delivery and serves as the clinical lead on client cases. They develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and provide training to behavior technicians.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in aba or a related field and have active bcba certification. Experience working with children and families, along with strong communication and organizational skills, is also required.
