Talent Acquisition Specialist Bilingual English/Spanish

This role supports full-Cycle recruitment, including sourcing, coordinating interviews, and assisting with offers and onboarding for corporate centers and childcare facilities. The specialist will also provide cross-Functional support to the broader human resources team on key initiatives and daily operations.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred, along with some experience in recruiting and onboarding, preferably in a high-Volume sector. Candidates must be fluent and able to read, speak, and write proficiently in both spanish and english.
