The behavior technician will work one-On-One with children in their homes, delivering in-Person applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy based on plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data on client progress and participating in required supervision and training sessions.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have experience working with children, along with a passion for supporting children with special needs and reliable transportation. Active cpr certification is required, and rbt certification is preferred or requires obtaining it within a set timeframe.
