Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The board certified behavior analyst will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide 1:1 therapy and support for families. They will also supervise and mentor behavior technicians/Registered behavior technicians and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must possess bcba certification and a master's degree in aba or a related field, along with experience working with children with autism or developmental needs. A compassionate mindset, strong clinical skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are also required.
